Forman Mills

I haven't shopped in this store in years. I was sitting out in the car in the parking lot waiting on my slow daughter. The last time I was in there, it was clean, with friendly staff. But the lines were long. Can't really give not much more of an thorough opinion.

Hey, I was in the store on Saturday October the 2nd, about 9:45am. The store was fully stocked, but they were short staffed. However, I wanted to say the young lady working the only register open was pleasant, kept the line moving and did so in a timely manner. There was also a young lady at the customer service counter, but she focused mainly on that area.

We went hoping to find uniforms for my nieces but no such luck. I did see some nice graphic tees that I think my son would like so I’ll definitely be back with him.

This is definitely my favorite forman Mill was because the selection is much larger than most of them the customer service could be a little bit more friendly but they generally keep most of the same staff I've seen the security guard that's there for years and it's always good to go somewhere and see a familiar face so hopefully that just means that they are treating their staff good but definitely my go-to spot to find a nice inexpensive outfits or sleepwear of course I'll go back it's my favorite one.

I always find something useful there.

The reason why I gave this store 1 star is. On Thursday December 15th is,I had planned to do some shopping Thursday Morning. When I entered your store and the store was cluttered and very messy. I could not find any clothes in my size. And I checked out the shoe department and I could not find any shoes in my size. I have gotten frustrated and left your location and went to the Forman Mills Warren and Conner location. And I found everything I was looking for in my size. I will be shopping at the Warren and Conner Forman Mills for now on. And besides I like the selection of merchandise a lot better than the Belair Center Forman Mills. I remember back in the day when this store was a Toys R Us when the Belair Shopping Center. And now there is nothing left to do any shopping at the Belair Shopping Center.

Good place to get reasonably priced clothes you gotta take your time and look through everything. Nice deals for people on a budget.

worst store ever. the cashier yelled at me because i put my bag in my cart, even though i wasn’t aware that this store has a random policy of not putting bags in carts after items are bagged. she straight up screamed at me instead of informing me nicely, then said rude things about me to another worker. no other retail place has ever had a policy where i wasn’t allowed to grab my bags after my items were bagged. she had such an attitude about it, she should’ve put my bags in my cart for me then. do not go to this store. rude staff, and obnoxious customers.

I rate this a zero the place is not very good. The store closes at 8 but didn't let us in at 7:40 that's why I hate it. Pricee not even cheap they make a pants 15 dollars. And we were trying to return a item that couldnt even work, and they didnt let us. DO NOT GO THERE.
