Chef Petrosini, born and raised there, has authenticity running through his blood -- genetically, spiritually, educationally passed on to him from his Nonna. When he cooks, he cannot make it any other way but the right way, and he never compromises on ingredients, authenticity, and technique.

Forno Rosso pizza is cooked in a wood burning oven and is very different from a typical Brooklyn pizza. The crust, sauce and toppings are authentic to Naples, Italy.
