I’ve bought a Miata that was recently painted with a warranty, it doesn’t look too great. Blurring in large areas and the paint is chipping in small amounts, though for a 3.2k paint job I expect better? There’s even a lot of drip marks everywhere it sucks. Until my car is fixed as I have warranty yet haven’t gotten a response yet I don’t believe I’ll change my review. Update: I’ve been emailing and trying to call for day- NO answer. This business is beyond frustrating.

Would a REPUTABLE company ever do ANY of the following? Provide a service then refuse to provide a receipt or any kind of proof or sevice. Say the service would take 1 day that then turns into 5 days and not give the customer any updates or return calls. Give all details to company owner and not hear back from them. Smear white paint on your cars black interior. Blinker worked when dropping off car but no longer works at pick up. Not interested in giving them the opportunity to touch my car again Because the damage to my car was minor I let the other driver pay for the damages directly to body shop. I got a printed estimate from Pedro Padilla and Tony. They let me know the other driver paid for the repairs and the work was guaranteed. When it was time to pick up the car they refused to provide me with any documentation whatsoever. No receipt, no proof my car was repaired there. I had to call the police and since it's a civil matter all I can get was a police report. I now have to pay to file a case with small claims court in addition to take time off work to take care of this. It has been over 1 week and the owner Forrest Wald has not returned my calls. Luckily I recordered everything and have proof of all. Run, run, run from this place! Places like these can do whatever they want to you and have no one to answer to unless you take the legal route. You are better off at the larger companies. Lesson learned!

Forrest Collision is Amazing!! If you need body work done or any kind of work done on your vehicle, they are fantastic. The work is amazing they're fast they deal with your insurance quickly I recently had a back bumper replaced and it looks fantastic. It was done in a timely manner I would highly recommend Forest Collision.

They play music extremely loud all night. Very rude. They also spray paint outside the shop which gets on other peoples cars and pollutes the neighborhood.

I can honestly say this company does great work and fast service . I took my vehicle to Acura of Peoria and they told me my car was going to take about a month just to look at the car not to fix it . I was so stressed out because I didn't have rental and I needed my car ASAP because I needed to get to work everyday . I gave Forrest a call and he told me my car will take about 2 weeks at the max. I was already excited when I heard that news! I gave him the okay to pick up my vehicle .They had called me with all the updated information and before you know it, my car took less than the 2 weeks. Therefore, I give this body shop 5 stars with very much appreciation ! Highly recommend

I wish I could give this shop zero stars. I got into a wreck and decided I wanted this shop to be the one to take my car to to get fixed. I initially took it and Pedro took a look at it and had started to submit paperwork to the insurance. I thought, cool we are on the right path but I was wrong. Instead of them calling me to follow up on things I had to be the one that kept calling them to try and find out if they had came to an agreement with the insurance company. At the end Pedro told me to give him another 2 weeks since his boss Forest was out of town and he had been working with a lawyer for my case. Well a month passed by and I didn't hear anything back so I decided to call them. Pedro told me that it was basically at a pause because Forest was out of town still which then I found out that he was not. Then the insurance company called me and told me that they had already sent this shop a supplement check to which this shop never called me to make me aware of this. I ended up calling them to have them void this check because I decided I would rather take it somewhere else where they would be more than willing to fix my car. I wasted 2 months just waiting around on them. Very unprofessional! Never again!

Been working with this body shop for going on 10 years now.. Make sure to ask for pedro and telling dennis sent you. Guaranteed quality work and will always work with you to get the best price. Someone had tapped my car, which resulted in a cracked taillight, a small dent, and scratches. Not much damaged compared to most. Pedro was very nice from the beginning. I felt the price was high, but I also felt confident they would make that portion of my car look brand new, as they promised. There is lack of communication at this place. Brought my car in on a Monday, was told it would be ready by Thursday/Friday. For that reason, I did not get a rental car. Called Wednesday, said it would be ready by Friday, latest Saturday. Called on Friday, now it will not be ready until Monday. Went to pick it up, and there was still a crack. Cane back again the following day and the paint was not exact. It was a very frustrating process, but one thing I appreciated was Pedro’s understanding of my frustration. He was kind enough to lower the price given the entire situation. For that reason, I am giving 4 starts instead of 3. I would still recommend, but wish they had better communication and lower prices if they cannot make it look brand new.Service: Body & Trim

Very professional and friendly but they also do a very good job with their body work. They fixed some front damage on my vehicle in less than 2 days and got my car looking like new again. Would definitely use them again and would recommend them to friends and family.
