Fort Collins Senior Center

I go here for their workout gym. All the equipment is 5 years old or less and it is usually not super busy. City rec passes are cheaper than other gyms and this would be a good place to start out. It has a full gym/court and a pool. There is also a rec room with ping pong table and pool table. Great place for a lot more than just seniors.

I go here to use the gym facility. It's a decent sized gym. Much better kept (neat and clean) than some of the much bigger gyms. Majority of users are senior citizens but there are some young/professional people using I as well. For the price, it's not bad at all. As for the rest of the center, it's bustling with activities and events aimed at senior citizens.

I was there for a wedding, very pretty, but you can't bring in hard liquor. You have to provide your own food, decorations, etc

The staff has been friendly and helpful. Members are polite and pleasant. Building is clean and comfortable. Sometimes parking is limited due to unused spots which are designated for electric cars.

This is excellence in motion. Although the Senior Center sounds like it is just for seniors, it is NOT. There are monthly dances for the disabled community, there is a gorgeous swimming pool for fun, classes, lap swimming. Classes are taught throughout the building at different times and levels. Concerts play here and are a great venue and usually a great price. Want to just come sit by the lovely fire and read the newspaper? No problem!! There is always a lot going on. Check the Fort Collins Recreator or web site for classes, times, and cost. If you need financial assistance for those classes, there is a form that you can ask for, and fill out. Lots of great fun classes for all ages and abilities!
