Well maintained, is a community perk... It's free! Gotta love that! Thanks Washington DC!
My 7 year old attended the winter camp. He looked forward to going each morning to play with new friends. The staff, especially Ms Nicky were kind, engaging with the kids and kept them safe. The playground is on-site which is a plus. I really want to keep this Rec a secret so that my little one can always get in the class.
I haven’t really spent much time here except to play Pokémon Go! Keep in mind that this is a different location than the reconstructed Fort Stevens at 13th & Quackenbos.
A great place for seniors. It offers various activities that most seniors can enjoy.

Big beautiful playground with swings, two separate playground structures and a water feature. Tennis and basketball courts, too. Bathrooms are in the rec center.
