Fortunoff Backyard Store

After shopping several retailers for outdoor furniture we decided to shop at Fortunoff. During our visit we met with the two sale persons Marc Osborne & store manger Neil. They both were very knowledgeable about the product and made our buying experience enjoyable. When buying outdoor furniture you want to buy furniture that is made well and last for 20 plus years. During the time we made our purchase Fortunoff was running several promotions including early Black Friday sale, tax free purchasing and free delivery along with special financing. We got the set we really wanted with only 20% down. 48 months interest free financing which was great. Again, Marc and Neil were great to work with and we'll return to buy other merchandise.

It was my first time shopping at Fortunoff Backyard. I was looking to replace my current patio chairs. Marc was extremely helpful. He was able to answer all my questions and provide product knowledge.

Marc is a wonderful salesperson. He was responsive and quick to make sure my order was processed promptly and completely. He has arranged delivery in just a few days. My hope is delivery goes as well as service did at the store itself.

Sal was friendly, funny and very informative, great to work with. No pressure was felt. We had a very positive experience and impressed on how quickly we will get our patio set. We highly recommend the Menlo Park Fortunoff Backyard location.

Let me start off by saying Marc is an amazing sales man !! He went above and beyond to help us with our outdoor patio set ! I can’t tell you how amazing this man was with us !! I have shopped here for years and always had other ppl in this store but unfortunately we never had him until this March of 2022 the Woodbridge nj store I was blown away of his kindness and expertise in the sales Buisness!! I will def recommend Marc /Mark not sure of his spelling to all of my family and friends in the future when they need out door furniture FORTUNOFF AND MARC GO HAND & HAND !! Thank you very much Marc !!! We love our patio set !!!

The salesman Sal was a gem to work with. He made my girlfriend and I feel like family. He was funny, informative, honest and most of all no pressure. I want to invite him to sit in the yard when I receive the furniture.

From the salesperson Lin and Sal to the manager Andrew a process that I thought was hard was actually so pleasant. I saw the reviews and was hesitant but on this day I struck GOLD. Looking for a summer set, We scored big. I immediately recommended to a friend. I also realized a need a few more pieces

BEWARE! I had a horrible experience at the Fortunoff Backyard Store in Woodbridge, NJ. Sal, the sales guy, was totally unprofessional, dishonest, and inappropriate in his dealings with me. After a lot of nonsense working with creepy Sal, I decided to cancel my order and called to do so. Sal told me "you are all set". Next day, the patio set gets delivered! It was just left at my house. No phone call. Getting my refund taken care of took many phone calls. The store manager, John, was NOT helpful. I feel it may have been his first day of work the way I was handled. Upper management, who I spoke to with my complaint, gave me no sense of caring. I would highly suggest looking for another store for your patio furniture. I have no idea how this store stays in business. *One star because I couldn't post with zero.
