Foster Day Car Wash

Nice and clean car wash. I always come here to wash my car and dry it off, but they do have an area that you can run your car through to power dry it. And you don't have to put it on the track. Reasonable prices.

It's an OK carwash. I go here because it's the closest self service wash to me. The problem is sometimes the soap in the sprayer is empty or the stalls are full of trash. Sometimes the floor in the stalls are backed up with water. It's redeeming quality is hiw cheap it is. It doesn't take quarters but instead tokens and it's always under five dollars to wash my car. I still come back because there are not any better options nearby.

What you would expect from a self car wash. Only down side is they use tokens. $1 per token gets you 2.5 min of run time. But they do have card readers so that's good.

As far as getting a quick wash for your car, it's a good place. $1 for 3 minutes. Self car wash, not much else to it. No longer uses quarters, now dollar bills for coins. So if your running low in time, you can no longer out a quarter in you have to go to a machine, put in a dollar bill and get a token. 5/25/22- $1 token for 2:30 seconds . Menus where the dial is not clear in some stalls. The hoses are based on one side which allows the hoses to get caught up on car items. Other places have the bases located right above the vehicle. Lighting could be brighter, but that may be nitpicking, since I washed my car at night. I skip the vacuums, they have free ones at ARCO.

The vacuum time is shorter than it was last time I used it... tokens cost a dollar ad the time is not enough to get one side of the backseat vacuumed. They need to give you more time for that much. :

Extremely low pressure in the bay I used. Wouldn't knock off a fly, let alone dirt. Will not be back.

Nuts, bolts, nails All over the ground, the vacums are still pay, when all the other Car washes on the area offer free vacumes. And its in an older neighborhood.

Been here a few times, its a basic self serve car wash, never had an issue until today... And there is nobody to contact about anything. The far right self serve bay was making a racket overhead when the rinse was used to wash down the car, then scrubbed it as usual, then went to rinse but the rinse water was now leaving behind some sort of detergent so as i rinsed I thought it was a lot of soap from the brush but it just never rinsed off. Couldnt use any of the towels to wipe it down i use for drying... Now the whole car has dried soap all over the glass and body. I walk around trying to find SOME way to contact the owner but there is nothing there nor online. I am pissed about wasting the time and money and the car looks worse than when i came in!

Okay in general. But the stall floors are very slippery when wet. There's obviously a lot of algae buildup. Perhaps wax, soap, etc. also. The floors need a good scrubbing to remove all that. I had to do this to my driveway when I lived in a wet climate. Otherwise, it's just a matter of time before someone slips and gets hurt, if it hasn't already happened.

Horrible, credit card machine does not work and changer is only good for $1 bills. Could not wash my car. Just bring your own quarters before coming. Found a car wash on west Charleston just down street that was much better
