Foster Law Office

I wouldn’t listen to any of the bad reviews, Dave Foster is one of a kind. He is very knowledgeable, diligent and a wonderful, nice person. If you need a very good attorney and one with a pleasant personality and only looks out for his client, this is who you NEED to turn to. They always return calls and emails, that was never an issue! He was recommended to me by several other attorneys and they told me he is the best at what he does!! That should tell you a lot right there!

Biggest waste of 5 grand ever. I'd give Davis zero stars if I could. Maybe he isn't a divorce lawyer after all.... considering he let me get raked over the coals in the courtroom time after time. Never went on the offense; spent the entire time playing defense, without any thought of firing back, even after being instructed to filing contempt charges....which he never did. I had to wonder afterwards, who he was actually working for and where the 5 grand went to. The lawyer I hired next just sat and shook his head in astonishment, saying, "why, oh, why in God's name did you agree to this... and this...and this".....well, because my "lawyer" said it was the right thing to do......

Court appointed. Totally worth it to hire somebody instead of letting him do your case. It’s not that he’s terrible by any means but you’re going to get the bear minimum and the office personnel are awful at returning calls . I was sitting at the courthouse waiting to meet my court appointed and saw a young lawyer and by the way he was dressed I said to myself “I hope I don’t have a lawyer looks like that .” Five minutes later he came up and said hi I’m Chris Foster nice to meet you. To the point..there’s a lot of things he doesn’t tell you that are very important to know with an OWI case. I feel like he basically negotiated the easiest path possible for himself not with my interest in mind despite me being very clear about my acceptable pathways. He skewed some facts in order to get quick resolution . His office personnel were rude and wouldn’t return phone calls multiple times . I want to hear from him for weeks at a time when I would ask for an answer it would take days before anyone will get back to me and I had to be persistent . If you get them get another court appointed .

"Don’t try fighting by yourself…They helped me a lot and I don’t have the words to thank them.” They are very professional yet personable at the same time. They took all the stress and anxiety off my shoulders. They have a very reasonable price and they don't harass you with payment. That took care of my case in a matter of time and get it done soon I know it. Best lawyer in town and I highly recommend them!
