She d o d a great job with my dogs grooming. But was hard to find the place.

Was not a good experience. My 3 dogs stayed there for ONE night and two days later my oldest (15) became very sick. It eventually went through the other two dogs. Two weeks of sick dogs with bloody stools/puking and a $250 vet bill later and 3 meds. No one could confirm if they caught something or not, but it was evident they did. They have never been sick. The only thing they could say was possible stress. Seems weird it would hit my third dog 10 days later? Very scary experience. Won't go back. I gave one star because the staff was nice but seemed unconcerned about my dogs sickness when I called to tell them about it.

Zero stars, negative stars - if it were possible for a review. My family took our 4 year old (sweet as a dog could ever be) shepherd here for boarding for three days just after Christmas in 2014. When we picked her up from Four Paws Inn - Bismarck, her paws were covered with crusted feces and urine. Deplorable. Unbelievable. Do NOT bring your pets here for any reason. I called them today asking for a manager and was told that she would call me back tomorrow. Regardless of the conversation we may or may not have, there is NO - NO possible excuse for this being tolerable or acceptable at any level, for any reason. I am completely and utterly disgusted.

We have taken our dogs there for years for grooming and to be kenneled. We have never ever had a problem. The dogs fight to get in the door when I take them. Four Paws even washed a blanked that one of my dogs soiled while there. I have taken a dog to Animal Kingdom one time for grooming, she can home scared nervous and cut. When I tried to take her in to show them the horrible job I could not get the dog in the door. Mind you this is the same dogs that fights to get into Four Paws. If she were mistreated I would know. Keep up the good work and loving our pets!

I was extremely nervous taking my toy schnauzer puppy in for his first hair cut at four paws. To be honest, when I walked in I almost turned around because of the horrible smell, but gave them the benefit of the doubt and left my pup with them. They cooed over how he cute he was, which makes a dog mom feel pretty good. Later that afternoon I returned to pick him up, (moment of truth!) He looked so stinken cute! They really did an excellent job with the cut, I was impressed as I have seen many bad doggy haircuts. He didn't seem to scared at all, though he is a pretty mellow pup. So, while I am skeptical about cleanliness, (which makes me think of communicable diseases to be passed around between animals) I do think everything else was a good experience. He has another cut coming up... hopefully it's just as good!
