Really impressed with the quality of service and ownership here. I had a membership here until a closer car wash to me opened. My car was always thoroughly cleaned, dry, and nicely waxed. The line moves quickly even on busy days. The employees are all friendly and work efficiently. I'm especially impressed by the customer service I received when cancelling my membership again, I only cancelled because a closer place opened. I left a phone message inquiring about how I can cancel. I received a phone call back confirming they had cancelled my membership. The call was so friendly and courteous. There was no run-around or paperwork to fill out. They didn't require a 30 day period or anything. Such good service all around. I highly recommend this carwash for a membership if you live in the area or pass by it for work.Service: Car waxing
This is our go to car wash. It does a good job on our suv. It didn’t do a great job on our truck and we should’ve taken it through again. To be fair though our truck had been sitting for a few months with no wash.
Love this car wash because they don't have those long hanging strips that don't do much for cleaning. My car comes out cleaner and my license plates is still intact lol
Wow what a terrible start to the New Year....we usually go to the Lava car wash by Costco but unfortunately they were closed due to it being the New Year. We decided to give Four Seasons car wash a shot and I have never been more disappointed in a car wash in my life. A young lady named Kenzie and a young man I didn't get his name were at the beginning of the car wash. As we pulled up I commented to my husband about the young lady and her slouched posture and her I'm bored facial expression. She barely guided my husband into the wheel track with small confusing gestures. Following her guided instructions my husband and I started to hear a crunching sound coming from our car, we frantically looked up and Kenzie for a brake symbol or a change of expression but we received no change at all. Out of nowhere she says "oh...." My husband responds with "did the hubcap just break??" Kenzie confirms that the hubcap is indeed broken and asks us if we want her to hand it to us or try to pop it back on. My husband having worked on several vehicles and having been in car wash sales himself can see the damage and understands that she won't be able to "pop" it back on...so he just puts it in our car. After the ok-ish car wash we go to vacuum our car but have no token to do so, my husband walks back to Kenzie and asks for a token. FINALLY we get the chance to finish our car. My husband attempts one last chance to save our hubcap but no luck...it has completely broken...we will not be coming back ever. We were going to call and talk to a manager before leaving a review but we were worried if we called the office that we'd reach the children who had already done damage to our car.... I'd love to be contacted by a manager and discuss... thank you for taking time to read this...hope y'all have a better experience.
Did a decent job washing but my antenna broke and a bumper cap came off. My $10 car wash is now costing me over $150
Not impressed with all of the spots & streaks left on my vehicle. I paid for the $14 Gold service wash & received a $5 wash at best!! Disappointing since I live in town & the convenience of a car wash like this would have been wonderful for this busy mom! I gave 2 stars because the kid who helped me was very nice & the wash did do some of its job.
We use this car wash at least once a week. Recently our rear window wiper was lost and the owner was amazing to work with. He tried to fix it for us and then referred us to the Ford dealership across the street. Paid for all the work done to have it repaired plus gave me a gift card for my time. EXCELLENT customer service!
Great service overall. Facility upkeep not the best.
We went through their wash with our new car and our tire got punctured with a metal screw. We pulled back through immediately and show the blond guy employee and explain to him we just bought it and were excited to get it washed and show off to our family, and his was response was, “What do you except me to do about it, theres nothing I can do.” While we were changing the punctured tire for the spare tire, I asked for my $12 refund, and his reply was “Nothing I can do about it, and my manager isn’t going to be happy about this.”. I’m not a happy customer, I understand that they can’t plan on metal junk in their car wash track, but that’s unacceptable response when a customer has a horrible experience. I’ve left a voicemail and I hope to hear from the manager Kurt Ottomeier about my $12 refund. Take your money to a better customer service car wash. This was our first experience here and our last. Update, I called and left 3 voicemails within a week period, and still no callback.
I really wanted to give a 5 because for the most part they did a great job! The only thing I would have liked to have seen was the staff smile. I know that’s not always a thing for some people however I am a firm believer that if you are miserable where you work then it’s time to move on to something that feeds your soul more. When people smile it drastically changes the environment and can control a room instantly, but more than that it leaves an imprint on the human mind and associates the staff that smiled as a warm inviting place and will trigger their memory with the “feel good” hormone and make the client/customer want to come back. The other thing I would have like to have seen….or not seen, is the soap dripping down the back of my car the rest of it looked beautiful but it would have been nice to have had someone dry off the back side like they do at other places so that doesn’t happen. Plus I paid more here than the few other places I’ve been and they all have at least 1-2 people at the other end to dry off what the dryer can’t get plus they are all $4 to $5 cheaper. Don’t get me wrong it wasn’t a horrible experience just a couple things I would have like to have seen for me to want to come back.
