Need to have more than 2 employees working counter on weekends. We would've played more than 2 games if we didn't have to wait in the long line again because you have to pay separate for each game. So by the time we got helped, they gave our lane away.
Need signs for parents to teach their children how to wait their turns and also not to run up and throw their ball when someone is about to throw next to them!
Bathrooms were very dirty. I wonder what the kitchen looks like...

A great family outing. Staff was friendly. Equipment was clean.  Nachos were great. Beer was cold. Perfect rainy Sunday afternoon with the family (except my boys beat me).

Completely terrible .. there is no reason the ball return and pin setup to take so long and then have pins missing from the setup. 

As well as took over an hour for 1 game due to the issues..

Had my sons 16th birthday here and overall its awesome. Good food fun and great staff!
