The motel is a very beautiful motel. The employees are very friendly and helpful. You are greeted at the door. I have never stayed in one of rooms but my understanding is they are very nice. I would highly recommend them.

This was my first time staying at the Four Seasons and I was blown away. To start off, the staff was SO FRIENDLY. Anything you could need they provided in an instant. Be sure to tip them well since that is where the majority of their pay comes from. The views - inside and outside - were incredible. I loved being right next to Jackson Hole resort and getting to see the cats early morning and late night.

If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around...
Overall it was one of the best ski trips I've been on and can't wait to come back again to Jackson Hole. I didn't stay at the four seasons, but I did stay in the ski in/out resort right next to it. And all I can say is those looking for something truly special, check out the ski-in ski-out lodging at the four seasons or Jackson Hole Mountain Resorts. I mean this was the most incredible thing I've ever experienced - walking out into the backyard, clicking into my skis and going down hill to the base for gondola or tram or chair lift. Tired? Stop by the house for a quick bite and breather and then go out again. If you can afford it you won't regret the experience!! Not to mention the hot tub at the end of the day to relax the muscles. It was picture perfect.

Not really a resort, more of a hotel. Excellent service. The valets were my favorite part of the whole experience. Eric at the font desk was helpful. The furniture and carpets are old but they work for the rugged outdoorsy ambiance they created. A couple of things we didn't like:
1. We were there a few days and every morning we left early to catch the sunrise or the wildlife. They should have a "take away" breakfast option.
2. Prior to checking in, we called the concierge to help with planning our itinerary. They tried very hard to convince us to wait until we got there and do the planning. We refused but the concierge kept bringing that up every chance she got. Some concierges were better (Christina) than others (Andrea) but none of them had a golden key.
