For this establishment to be part of a much bigger chain. You have to admit, that attention to appearances, is much more important than making a customer of any kind, willing to keep returning.
I have a mental condition. And when I visit the casinos, I enjoy the space that I have, but also mixing with other patrons, and the waitstaff.
Because it's a much smaller casino, I don't feel that it's necessary for such a robust floor presence of floor personnel, and game monitors. (especially, with all the cameras that are there... ) there times when I become uncomfortable, just seeing their presence and eye contact. I think in order for this one to be enjoyed more thoroughly, that ALL aspects of the patrons are considered. Because I mean, let's face it... Who likes to be hovered over, while they are either trying to relax, or to try to win some extra money?

Five star staff. Everyone is professional and helpful. I hear the food is good. I just wish I could walk out of there with some money for once! I go quite often and it's rare to hear someone cheering. Like I said 5 star crew. Two star slots.

Nice little clean Casino in Dowagiac Michigan. The card dealers were very nice had a great time sitting there playing. My cousin hit four Deuces won a bunch of money! He said he's going to buy a new pair of Pumas!

Waitresses and Timber staff are amazing here! But, I am unable to win anything at any of there astablishments. Plus my free play and food bonus has been reduced drastically the last few months! I am a copper card holder and I frequent four winds at least once, usually twice a week. Mostly donating quite a bit every time (as in hundreds). Don't know why my perks for returning keep going down. I've asked my host to check into it. We'll see what resonates and decide on returning. Very disappointing!

Wonderful place. Always busy. Nice dining inside. Self serve soft drinks. A chance to win money and prizes. Great reward programs. Even when you lose they have great gift promotions to follow up.
