Fowler & Fowler PLLC

I retained Art Fowler, III, when my father died in August 2017. As a legal assistant with experience working on estates, I had always assumed I would be able to "hold it together" when the time came, but dealing with a parent's estate is always incredibly stressful and time-consuming, especially when their finances and assets cause complications. Any good lawyer knows each client will need a certain amount of "hand-holding," and Art is a GREAT lawyer. He and his staff (Carolyn and Kerri) made the process simple by taking a careful "one step at a time" approach and then walking me through each step as it came up. They always kept my best interests in mind and made sure I knew I could call or email any time I had questions or concerns. Fowler & Fowler really went the extra mile to make an awful time in my life far less stressful, and their fees are very reasonable, especially in consideration of the amount and quality of work and attention they put in. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area looking for an estate attorney.

Fowler & Fowler, and attorney Art Fowler, are excellent attorneys for legal representation in Johnson City, Tennessee, Washington County, and the Tri Cities area of Northeast Tennessee. Attorney Art Fowler has successfully represented me with respect to two legal matters over the last 10 years. I would definitely request his assistance again for any legal issue which might arise in the future. I would definitely recommend attorney Art Fowler for anyone else who is in need of legal help.

Art dealt with the probate of my late sister’s estate and handled everything with compassion, understanding and a genuine sense of caring. It was a long and drawn out process but I was kept fully up to date along the way and he was always available to discuss any concerns and answer questions I may have had. He was also happy to work around the 5 hour time difference between the UK and Tennessee. Art made a difficult time much easier to deal with because I trusted him and I appreciated the fact that he went out of his way to be so helpful when I live in another continent. I cannot recommend Fowler and Fowler highly enough and their fees are fair too.
