The only positive experience I had with my first visit was the therapist showed up on time. I had exactly 53 minutes for her to evaluate me and give me a plan of treatment. She neglected to tell me until the session was over that she was only going to treat my knees. An occupational therapist would have to come and also evaluate me to treat my sore arm. I had my blood pressure ,history of surgeries and medications taken . There went 15 minutes. Next I was timed getting in and out of a chair and walking a certain distance. I was constantly told not to talk any more because time was almost up. There was no discussion of a plan to get my knees better. In her 16 years of experience this therapist had no knowledge of how long my insurance would cover my therapy other than 10 visits. Home therapy is for someone who can't leave their house and can't get to a therapy center. It would be best to hire a taxi to go to a therapist. This company is a waste of one's time and insurance coverage.
