Foxhall Apartments

Lived here for 3 years from 2019-2022. My first two years were great, it was an older community where many tenants had lived there for several years. Everyone was very friendly. It was quiet and walls were thin, so keep that in mind. My final year, I noticed that they were bringing in some sketchy tenants. I caught one tenant urinating out his front door, who was unemployed always having strangers in and out for quick transactions. I ended up having a break in during the daytime on a Friday afternoon. Some neighbors suggested it was one of the new tenants that saw me leave and went for it from the back window of the apartment where nobody could see. I’m just glad to have made it out safe. Kind management and maintenance. Unfortunately I feel the new tenants they are bringing in aren’t being vetted properly and I had to move out since I no longer felt comfortable after being robbed.

I’ve called several times already looking for a two bedroom apartment that was listed no one still answering the office phone or returning my call the Apartment probably be unavailable about time they answer me back

I’ve lived here for two years in two different apartments. The community is quiet and the neighbors are very friendly. Some of them have been here for several years. You are given one assigned parking spot. The maintaince team have always gotten back to me in a timely matter. Norma and the leasing staff have been fantastic throughout. She is very friendly and is available whenever I have questions. If you’re looking for an apartment where location is key..this is your place. Close to major highways which makes my commute very reasonable. I have not used the laundry room as much but when I have, it has been clean and machines have been available. I am moving due to work but otherwise I would have stayed here another year. My dog loves playing outside and the dogs in the community are very friendly. I would recommend a fenced area for dogs to play and more frequent refills on dog bags around the community.

I used to stay there, and its very good place to live. Their maintenance department was quick and prompt. Their landscape was well maintained and clean. Norma leased us apartment that was very clean and renovated. Even the washing machine and dryer were well maintained and uses smart card. That was great idea as i don’t have to worry about changes.

Apartment complex looks very nice, in a quiet area. I was really considering it until I came across Norma leasing manager. She really needs to take a class/course on professionalism! One, she didn’t even introduce herself. She looked at us with an unapproachable and unfriendly look. Her facial expressions was complete attitude! I was immediately turned off by the place! After talking to her for not even 5 mins I told her I wasn’t interested anymore and I will find another place. You would think a beautiful apartment complex would hire someone with decent customer service!

This was my first apartment. Very good experience with leasing out the apartment and the maintenance was always quick to help resolve issues. I never had any problems and had such great neighbors.

Friggin place is cockroach filled hell hole! Upon moving in, there is fee for installation of bidet worth 250 dollars!! SERIOUSLY! After we moved out of the apartment, our refund was deducted worth 382 dollars for the cleaning charges! Wow! Such a greedy company!!
