Dr. Hirose is kind, knowledgeable, and professional. I can't recommend her enough. It's like she has x ray vision -- just by looking and your back and feeling around, she can see exactly what's wrong. She isn't the kind of chiropractor that wants to sign you up for a 6 week program to keep coming back. When I went, she was able to resolve my pain with one visit. She also gave me tips about how to adjust my sleep position to avoid future pain. There is also a really effective massage therapist onsite, Vicky, who was very helpful.

After reading a couple of positive reviews, I was excited to potentially become a new patient. I'm in my third trimester and have been on the hunt for a chiropractor that takes pregnant patients. When I called, the receptionist was super friendly and said the doctor would reach out to me about scheduling an appointment. I got a text message from the doctor the next day saying, "Hi Angelina, Under the UHC HMO we are not accepting any new patients. Thanks for your call. Dr. Hirose". No apology for the inconvenience OR any referral to another chiropractor who could help me. It was obvious that as soon as they realized they wouldn't be taking my money, they could care less. And the funny thing is, I just realized my healthcare plan is PPO, not HMO, so I could reach back out to clarify but with that lackluster customer care? Why would I? I'm going to find someone who at least acknowledges me as a patient and offers help, whether or not they're taking new patients.

The best staff and Dr. Nancy has a way of calming and relaxing you as she works on my troubled spots. I just wish I knew about her services earlier !
