Lots of debris trapped under the glass and the frame was put together just wrong. I had to pay another framer to fix everything. Yes Tommy, this your work.

Tommy did a beautiful job framing an extremely delicate fabric that is hundreds of years old. The customer service was excellent, and he made sure that every need was met in terms of my taste and how the framed art would look with the rest of my apartment. He was very kind and made sure that the art was safely placed in the car. The wood was gorgeous and though this was a difficult task given the fabric material and fragility, it was done perfectly! Very excited to show off the art on my wall :

I had two paintings framed here and I am very satisfied with the result. The owner, Tommy, listened to what I wanted and was thoughtful about selecting the best frames for the paintings. Really nice guy. Definitely cost a little more than cheap frames from Amazon, but the price was fair and the quality is great. If you want to frame something and have it look its best and LAST, I strongly recommend coming here.

I’ve gone here for a few years now because it was in the neighborhood and reasonably priced. Recently the owner lost three of my artworks totaling to a value over $1k. Accidents happen but his actions during the 3 month process of looking for the pieces they were very unprofessional. In the end he offered me $100 for losing my work. He acts nice and we had a good relationship up to this point but after I told him $100 wasn’t close to the loss I’m taking, he screamed at me over the phone. Terrible customer service and attitude. Unfortunately, if you value what you’re framing to be worth more than $100 you should go elsewhere.
