I had the impeccable fortune of consulting with both John and Dustin of Framework Engineering. John evaluated the foundations of two older homes we were considering buying. He made picking our dream house easy with confidence we weren't buying a money pit. His knowledge and kindness are both beyond measure. We recently consulted with Dustin on a major reno on a family member's house in the Bay Area. We had gotten dozens of bids from a wide range of contractors that used scare tactics, pressuring us just to sell as-is to them. We are SO GRATEFUL to finally reach out to Framework. Dustin's expertise in framing, structural integrity and foundations have given us incredible peace of mind that we are on the right track to rebuilding to code.
