Francis Animal Hospital

I came here because chino hills animal hospital & resort refused me service because my dog was going to bite them and call the county if anything happened to them. I got to tell you SO MUCH BETTER HERE at St Francis ! My dog has came here before as a puppy but hasn’t been here since. My dog was a bit nervous at first but was so calm he didn’t even need a muzzle, they gave my dog good service, awesome staff, I was able to go in there with him for his vaccine rabies renewal, and everything was great, I’m coming back here again. Went to say goodbye to my friend of 14 years and I was so so disappointed with the bed side manner of all the staff there. I felt they had no consideration for the gut wrenching experience i was having saying goodbye. I felt so rushed and it's only adds more pain to a very painful memory. Update 7/23: went to get his ashes and his name is spelled wrong on everything. Don't go here. Horrible service.

I regret going here with all my heart and soul. My dog was having some diarrhea so I took her here and they did a blood test. They told me to call next day morning to check on the blood test. I was at work and they close when I come back so I called them and they said my dog's blood test was good and normal. After 2 months my dog is now diagnosed with abnominal tumor around the liver. I couldnt understand how this can be found right now when I had her blood tested 2months ago and the results were fine. so I asked for the blood test results and I got them today. I FOUND OUT THE BLOOD TEST RESULTS WERE NOT NORMAL. IT WAS SHOWING HER KIDNEY/LIVER WAS SOMEHOW NOT DOING ITS WORK BUT THEY DIDNT CARE. I AM NOT A VET BUT EVEN I CAN TELL SOMETHING WAS WRONG. THE DOCTOR DIDNT CARE. I REGRET GOING HERE, please.. please anyone out there dont go here.. I want to turn back time please dont go here. They dont care about your dog please....

I would give 0 stars, we took our dog for a simple procedure and 2hrs later my husband received a call that our dog died, he was a healthy boy no problems whatsoever, do not take your pets here, the vet does not care , he’s trying to cover up what he did to our dog.

Taking my pets to see the vet can be stressful, but Francis Animal Hospital is different. I know my pet will get the best care and continued treatment from the doctor when needed. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and caring. I'll never go anywhere else as long as their doors are open because my pets respond so well and so quickly with the level of care they receive!

By far one of the best veterinary hospitals I’ve ever been too . Very professional and my dogs ears came out spectacular!

Dr Choi is amazing. We rescued Oliver who was in very bad shape over Memorial weekend. We took him to an emergency clinic who suggested we put him down. I preferred a second opinion and took him to Francis Animal Hospital. They saved his life and we are forever grateful. I have several cats and we will always go to Dr. Choi from now on! Oliver is doing much better meow! Thanks to Dr. Choi and his staff at Francis Animal Hospital.

The receptionist was very nice and helpful to us; The Doctor was very attentive and caring to our little dog. Although our little one she was very ill with kidney failure, the dear Doctor gave % of his care to our precious little chihuahua. We thank him very much for everything he did.

I love this part hospital I recommend them to any one everyone is so nice and the Dr. Saved my princess for him I very greatful thank you to all the staff and God bless
