I was very impressed with the care I received from Dr. Franco's office. I was feeling quite nervous prior to meeting his team, but they put me right at ease. They quickly identified my issue and came up with a plan for treatment. Dr. Franco explained everything very well and I'm sincerely grateful to have him as my specialist. HIGHLY recommend! Dr. Franco is just an extraordinary doctor. I had searched for the answer for my throat issue for 2 years and met with 4 different doctors. Dr. Franco properly diagnosed me in the first 10 minutes of my visit. He is warm and friendly and exceptionally experienced. He demonstrated that in his explanation of my issue. I have had 2 day surgeries with him on my vocal chords. Which was very scary to do. Not only did he put me at ease. But the second time was even a better experience than the first. After having speech issues for 2 years. I am finally getting my voice back and the pain is going away. I could not be more pleased and I am so happy that we connected. If you are looking for a great laryngologist , look no further for there are not many out there who could surpass his care and friendly demeanor.

Dr Franco has treated me since 2010. He is excellent in his field of medicine. Dr Franco is very knowledgeable in the treatment of Idiopathic Subglottic Stenosis through Awake Steroid Injections or if necessary dilations and laser surgery. Not being able to breathe freely, for many years, I am now able to breathe freely without requiring surgical treatment since receiving the Awake Steroid Injections. He is easy to speak to and very concerned and understanding of his patients needs

Fro 16 years I have been a patient of Dr. Franco's. He is warm, receptive to questions and concerns. And in particular my own. Sixteen years ago, I had what was deemed an "idiopathic" condition. Even a famous mentor to him and the Mayo could not identify the etiology of my symptoms. In time, a population was profiled--I among them. The scientist/researcher in him stimulated him to resolve my issues. In time, he performed a "pioneering process" on me widely used today. He travels frequently to share advances in Otolaryngology in general, as well as techniques he and other MEEI use in particular.
