Lynn is honest, friendly and prices are reasonable. He has been fixing problems of my furnace and AC for years, and doing good job every time. Today he fixed a water heater, good job Lynn!

11/29/18 - Had Frandsen Tech over again for some electrical work in a shed. Did an excellent job for a very reasonable price. Frandsen is the only electrician we will contact, and have made numerous referrals. Frandsen Tech did an excellent job repairing the 220 V connection to our dryer. Previous electricians had not done the job correctly, but Lynn was quick to remedy the situation with quality work, at a very reasonable cost. Frandsen Tech is easy to contact, skilled in their trade, and punctual. I will recommend this company to others in need of quality and expediant home technical services.

I was so happy with the service we received from Frandsen Technical. We have had many companies service our furnace and he was the most knowledgeable, honest, professional, and thorough tech of anyone we have ever used. Besides fixing what needed to be repaired for our heat to work, he also noticed a big problem that we have had for a while that all of the other companies have overlooked. He fixed this simple, inexpensive issue that will be saving us a lot of money overtime because now are furnace will run better, and the costly problems we would have faced if this simple thing wasn't fixed, are not an issue anymore! From now on we will always be calling Frandsen Tech for all of our furnace and air conditioning needs.

I remembered using Frandsen Technical Services to put in some lighting before, so I called when it came time to remodel two of my bathrooms. He put in new electrical boxes, installed fan, pendant light and 4 sconces and did an excellent job. The job required he cut into the wall, he patched and painted and it looks great. I will use Frandsen Technical Services again in the future.

Lynn was on time, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the situation we had with our electric/wiring. His customer service was amazing and I feel as though he really cared about our problem and did his best to fix it promptly. He diagnosed and showed me the issue and how to fix it the next time it happens, if it should happen again. I doubt a lot of other service companies would go that extra mile! Thank you again Lynn!

Went above and beyond in communicating with Landmark to get our furnace fixed before a freeze came through. Initially diagnosed as a bad circuit board, he eventually discovered our gas intake valve had gone bad as well, so made sure to communicate with warranty company to get that fixed same day. Would definitely recommend his services in the future.

We had Frandsen Tech install central air in our rental property. There are three units and his estimate was extremely reasonable. The install was fairly time and labor intensive, as Lynn had to install new electrical service to 2 of the units and had to work in a cramped crawl space part of the time. We also ran into problems with the electrical inspector and Rocky Mt. Power. Lynn handled it all extremely well. In the end, Lynn is reliable, hard working and went out of his way to make sure the job was done right. I especially appreciate his honesty and dedication, this is extremely hard to find in contractors these days.
