PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR - DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! I reached out to this doctor, and my primary care physician recommended that I see a cardiologist to schedule some important tests. I spoke with a receptionist who took my information. Further, she explained that the Dr. would send me an info packet that I needed to fill out and return. Once received, he would call me, the same day, to schedule a tele-medicine visit the following day. This is what actually happened. I received 10 pages of paperwork which took 45 + minutes to fill out, and return. After doing so, I heard ABSOLUTELY NOTHING from the staff or doctor. I waited til the next day, and called, and rudely was told "He is going to call you today" then she hung up on me! VERY VERY RUDE. I waited three more hours, called and no one answered. needless to say, I got no call - it is now the weekend - on a.holiday. THIS BS is delaying my access to QUALITY MEDICAL CARE a total of 5 days, in the middle of a pandemic. OVER PROMISED & UNDER DELIVERED
