TLDR: Skipped my appointment after giving me less than 5 minutes to return their call Franklin was recommended to me by the previous owner of my home so I used them last fall for a fall tune up without incident. This year, I called and scheduled a tune up and they scheduled me for 2 days later. She said she would give me a call to let me know when he was on his way no mention that I needed to answer in order for him to be sent out. She said that I would be the second service call of the day and he should arrive a little after 9am. I scheduled time in my day to be free and waited for his arrival. I was working from home and had a few things to do. At 9:54 I looked at my phone and saw I had 2 missed calls, one from 9:49 and one from 9:52. I immediately called back and she said they’d sent him on a different call because I hadn’t answered. It is their policy to skip you after giving less than 5 minutes to respond! She said I could be the next appointment but couldn’t give me a time and I had things to do. Unfortunately they don’t seem to value their customers’ time even though they’ve serviced this home for years. I waited around almost an hour for them but they couldn’t give me 5 minutes to call back. Very disappointed and will be scheduling with a different company for a tune up and replacing my heat pump.
