Service department is horrible. This is the 2nd time we've had our 2020 Escape serviced at Fred Beans of Newtown. Both times were bad experiences. This time they completely ignored two of the problems, and the other problem they said they couldn't replicate. Do yourself a favor and stay away from their service department.
