I am giving this office one star only and that is because of the staff. The ladies at the desk and the PA were amazing. Dr. Redfern himself was a condescending jerk. I went to see him because I have bone spurs, a small cyst and a torn meniscus in my left knee. I had to wait for him to "review" the file that was sent from my referring doctor to decide if he could help me. When he decided he could and I went to my appointment, the only thing he really wanted to discuss was my weight. He informed me that repairing my knee was a waste of time because with my weight it would just happen again. He informed me that I needed to start a low impact work out and concentrate on losing 2 pounds a week even though he was told that I have Hashimoto's Hypothyroidism. He didn't care. I believe that I was treated this way because I have Medicaid. I watched him bend over backwards to help a new patient that had Worker's Compensation for insurance. I wouldn't wish this doctor on my worst enemy!!

Dr Redfern has recently replaced both knees and a shoulder for me. I have nothing but positive things to say about him and his office staff along with his crew at sunrise.. If you want a no nonsense professional Orthopedic Surgeon who will tell you like it is. and go out of his way to help you, he is your Doctor. Very Professional . Highly Recommended

His staff is amazing. Dr.Redfern did a wonderful job doing surgery on my bursa extraction, no post surgery complications and a minimal scar. I would recommend him to anyone needing orthopedic care. My husband was also happy with the care I received.

My husband had been in terrific pain for several years and had been told by a few different Orthopedic Doctors/Surgeons that he needed a knee replacement, that the whole problem stemmed from the knee, fast forward to his initial appt with Dr. Redfern within seconds into the examination Dr. Redfern suspected the culprit was the hip and ordered an x-ray of the hip along with the knee. No other Doctor had even entertained the idea to examine the hip. While the knee does have some arthritis the hip was the source of all his pain he had been experiencing for years! The knowledge, experience and skill of Dr. Redfern amazed us!!! After a thorough checkup within a few of weeks Dr. Redfern's efficient staff had my husband scheduled for surgery and his hip replaced. Thanks to the expert and masterful skill of Dr. Redfern his hip replacement was a HUGE success. Immediately all his pain was gone and he had such a speedy recovery with the continued care order by Dr. Redfern that in less than two weeks he was walking with no assistance. There were absolutely no complications and we know this is due to the wonderful expertise and care of Dr. Redfern. Now three weeks after surgery he is still pain free and walking with no assistance!!! We continue to be amazed and grateful to Dr. Redfern for the return of my husbands life!!! We wholeheartedly without reservation recommend Dr. Redfern to all of our family, friends and anyone in need of an Orthopedic Surgeon.

Dr. Redfern replaced both of my knees. In only months, I am for the most part, pain free. He's the best! I would recommend him to anyone that has joint pain. Rachel is the best at getting you situated & on track for your surgeries.

Dr Redfern's staff got me in as a new patient for knee repair within the month when all other practices had a 4-6 month wait list. His website has informative procedure videos. I was scheduled for surgery within 2 weeks of my consult & it went off without a hitch! The staff communicated effectively with insurance & hospita & me. My procedure was more successful than what he prepared me for. I'm grateful & content with my experience & results.

I had THE BEST experience with Dr Redfern! The staff working at this office are AWESOME! They really go the xtra mile helping with scheduling, billing and filling out paperwork! I feel I received top notch care. Dr Redfern did an absolutely wonderful job with my shoulder surgery! If you need an orthopedic surgeon THIS is where you should go!!!

I recently suffered a broken arm and was treated by Dr Redfern. Finding an orthorpedic doctor willing to take in new patients during Covid 19 was not easy and DR Redfern's staff was very accomodating. I found Dr Redfern to not only have a very professional bedside mannor but a great friendly disposition as well. His staff were equally friendly and helpful especially Rachel. My arm is healed and I want to say thank you very much to Dr Redfern and his entire staff.

Suffering from a shoulder injury that Dr. Redfern was able to remedy without doing more than was necessary. Recovery was faster than expected post surgery and after PT I'm back to full activities again. I would recommend Dr. Redfern to anyone.
