Loya was a smooth and easy experience for me. They young woman Andy helped me out. Paid a few more bucks than I was quoted but I got a more expensive car. But would definitely recommend them to all my friends. And they were the least expensive for me !!!

Alex the rep gave Horrible service and is the only rep at this location and does not know how to do his job! I had been a cust for almost a year and payed over $1200 to this company! I switched today cuz they would not take my payment. Went in two different days to pay 1st day I went said he was on lunch from 1-2 and couldnt take My payment! Came in the next day and said my card wasn’t working and would not call a manager to help him process the payment! come to find out they just don’t except AMEX and instead of calling to find that out just said my card was declined! After I asked him to call a manager he refused! Horrible Company and service!

Alex is awesome he is very professional and well spoken. He worked very hard to get us affordable insurance. And he did just that. It was a great experience.
