My boyfriend bought me this promise ring from here I was instantly In love with it and the price was fair. I had to wait 3 weeks to get it sized when it finally arrived just four days later the inside part of the ring split. I returned it to the store and had to wait yet another 2 weeks for the repairs, I just recieved it last friday and wow again this morning the ring split. After the repair the ring came back thin and lumpy I am very unhappy and dissapointed in how long the work has taken and the fact that this is the second time with the same issue.

Charged me 10 bucks to do something to fix my watch, not bad at all. Weird lady told me my watch was cute and manager wanted to snap a pic. Cost me 5 gs. Bad selection.

Very good, the customer service was exceptional and we were treated very well by Hope Davis and we couldn't be happier.

They messed up on my ring twice which made it weeks late. They were nice enough to do the unsautering for free, however, this is unacceptable. i am not pleased with this service whatsoever. I have decided to give them 2 stars because they did give me a discount and tried to make it right. Thank you for your time in reading this.

My husbands wedding band broke and we have the lifetime warranty so took it in to get replaced. It was the middle of September we took it in and was given a "promise return day" of October 7th!!! Well it's now October 19th and they are still saying 3 more weeks. What is the point of having a "promise return date" If your promise is no good? Very disappointed!!!! What's the promise for then? Any where else would try to make it right if they can't keep there word!!!!!!
