As a dancer and massage therapist, I have also been through aches and pains from overuse and, yes, poor posture. And after discovering bodywork I came out on the other side with more knowledge of the body and less physical and emotional pain.
I also went through an intense emotional period that included some horrible stomach pain that lead me to Nutritional Counseling. I believe that nothing replaces good nutrition, sleep, or exercise/movement. If one of those is lacking, our body usually lets us know!
