Their clothes are crazy expensive and before you know it you'll get 6 pieces and your bill is 600 dollars. They make up for the price with excellent customer service. You're always greeted with a friendly smile and someone is always waiting to help you. A cool feature in this store is that when u try own clothes they put an item or items that they recommend or think you'll love in the dressing room and it'll be waiting for you in the dressing room with your name on it. The store has lots of cute things though from shoes to denim to cosmetics to lingerie. If you have no spending threshold you might want to pass up this store or else you'll end up with a negative balance.

The young lady that assisted my daughter provided exceptional customer service. My daughter let her know what she was looking for on Saturday, July 4, and she put some incredible outfits together for her. She was very attentive. The young lady had a bun on the top of her head. I wish I knew her name. We will definitely shop at this store again because of her.

Beautiful and expensive. Gorgeous, unique clothes and great service. I love to pick out my favorites and search for them on eBay. The sale room sometimes has some good deals.

OMGOSH, these guys are the best. We were the worst customers, dropping in right at closing, but these ladies were super gracious and helpful and we had a wonderful time shopping that last little bit on Friday. The clothes here are young and fun and super cool. They're made well, too. I do like quality clothing and don't mind spending extra on something that is made well. Aly was such a great host for our first visit to Free People and my Petunia had so much fun trying on these clothes! I do like to play dress up with this lady, you guys...I'm quite the lucky man that she indulges me so much. I can't recommend this store enough - it's fun, the hosts are lovely and helpful and so enthusiastic about their wares...their attitude was contagious and we had a great time shopping. Plus, Petunia picked up a new necklace that she absolutely adores...thanks, Aly!

The staff were super friendly and helpful with advice on how to pair things. Store has a great variety. I love the clothes here. My only complaint is that it's a little pricey.

There were some interesting pieces here, but the prices were outrageous. Pricey pieces were weirdly trendy, not classic styles that might be worth the price! There was not much merchandise and very limited sizes. Even the "clearance" prices were too high. This store is trying to be hi-end, but ends up looking like Sears store closing sale. Unless you are a 0 or a 2, with $ to burn, SKIP IT!

Clothes are nice but you guys need to teach your cashiers to never place anybody money on the counter . As I walked away briefly to look at something , next to the counter my money was placed on the counter . It is extremely rude to not place money in hand , what if someone would have walked up after me and took the money . I spent over 200 dollars in there and I don’t think I will be back and I will not suggest any of friends to visit .

Shopping with my daughter... beautiful cotton dresses for Summer. Casual and dressy, even exercise apparel.

So pricey but that comes with the name. Quality clothes and super great customer service. Love that they sell vegan beauty products.

Always always find the nice pieces every people love their clothes and they have been offering for your classes once a month I enjoy the hell out of it
