Update. Based on my below review, I was contacted and the individual I was working with was sincere in how the info was miscommunicated. I increased the review by one-star but I have contacted other companies. I will leave the door open with FSG for the immediate future. --------- In a word, disappointed. I have done business with FSG in the past but will not in the future. I had an embroidery only order request; no clothes purchase. Order was below minimum quantity and needed artwork digitized and manipulated. Obviously there are minimums to cover which I fully expected and prices were quoted. Sent the artwork and was told additional charges were going to be added to change the artwork even though it was all specifically laid out in previous emails....and quoted. Like I said, disappointed. If they don't want my business just say so. They were in line again to get my companies spring order again...but no more.

Myself and 18 of my friends decided to take a group Ocean criuse to Canada. I found a place on the internet and designed a logo for the event. Free Style Promotions worked with me and we embroidered my logo on ballcaps, visors, beanies and bags for the group. The quality of the finished items was great. Very rude person .I have done business before with them , never again . Wanted to over charge just because I only had a few items this time even though they already had the pattern .the man I usually do business with was sitting there did not say a word. In these hard times I guess he doesn't need money. Good will does go a long way. Not here.you never gave me a chance. I wanted to purchase extra item like a hat. More shirts, your rudeness got in the way. It is was quite clear you did not want to help.

I work at a local high school and this place helps with apparel and graduation stoles. Anyone I communicate with is kind and extremely helpful. All items have come out great. I will absolutely work with Free Style Graphics in the future.
