We’ve been taking our sons to Dr. Freeman for several years. For the first few years, everything was wonderful. The office is beautiful and welcoming and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, over time, Dr. Freeman has become increasingly rude and condescending. I appreciate a firm approach when necessary, but he has quite simply been insulting to my children on more than one occasion. The first time I assumed he was having a bad day and didn’t think any more of it. The next two times were concerning, but I still thought that perhaps I was off in sensing something and maybe overreacting. Then my mother took them to an appointment, and without my mentioning what I had experienced, she came back suggesting I find another dentist because she thought Dr. Freeman was rude. I hate things have taken a negative turn, because I do believe that the rest of the staff is great. But oral care is so important, and having great experiences as a child helps ensure that kids grow into adults who don’t avoid the dentist because of fears developed in childhood. My youngest son now gets anxiety about going to the dentist because of his experiences with Dr. Freeman’s comments. Both sons are self conscious skit their teeth both need braces because of Dr. Freeman’s snide remarks about the shape of their teeth, something beyond their control. I hope his current customers are still having a great experience, but I would say be vigilant about how he speaks to your children, or select another Dr. in the practice if there is one. All of the front desk staff and dental hygienists are still very lovely. Hope this helps.

We’ve been going to Dr.Freeman for at least 5 years and it’s always been a welcoming and positive experience for us and our kids. They are very understanding and patient our 2 boys are autistic and they’ve grown so much over the years and enjoy getting their teeth cleaned now. Dr.Freeman and his staff are always friendly, personable and impart knowledgeable information to help us care our children’s teeth and teach them to do the same. Freeman Dentistry has been a sweet blessing to our family and we’re so thankful for them!

This is the best Dentist for children. The Dentist and his staff have done their best to help children feel comfortable about their teeth and encourage them to take care of their healthy teeth..I loving the game room bought my child experience back with pac-man!

If you have a child, Dr. Freeman is the dentist you want and need. He and his entire staff are absolutely amazing with kids and super professional with parents, too . We have 3 children and have been coming to here since our move in 2015. 8 years later, and we still love Freeman Pediatric Dentistry! My only concern is finding an equally phenomenal dentist when my children are no longer kids. Dr. Freeman, your passion for healthy gums and happy kids are the epitome of pediatric dental care. Very clean and well structured dental office. Dr. Freeman and staff focus on high quality care that is efficient and keeps kids at the center of their structure. My kid 4 year old throughly enjoys going to the dentist because the cleanings and assessments are quick but thorough, he gets to pick out a new toy, and he has an opportunity to go into the game room. Our visit today included everything listed above AND X-rays, and the visit was no more than 30 minutes for walking in and walking out. The environment is open and super kid friendly with smiling faces from staff everywhere. Dr. Freeman is a jewel to this community and we’re glad to be a family of Freeman Dentistry. Highly recommend!
