Warm drinks in open fridge then they charge .50 for ice. When I told the woman that wasn't right and it's a racket she said that's policy. So enjoy hot soda or pay extra for no reason

Over priced, not fresh at all and now they started to charge for a little super tiny piece of bread with your overpriced salad or bowl. Bad customer service and unfriendly staff and management.

The service and food quality are pretty consistent but prices are a reflection of the area and economy. $10.62 will get you a basic salad with no protein which cost additional.
