$600 later and this dentist has destroyed my tooth!!! I should of known better when the receptionist who checked me in was the same person doing the dental work!! She didn’t know how to make the mold impression for my crown so when it came time to have it installed it didn’t fit. Instead of going he dentist admitting that his receptionist is incompetent he drilled down on my tooth forcing the crown on. They didn’t secure it well so it completely came off. Then the receptionist scolded me for calling last minute for an appointment. Please help me understand how I was supposed to anticipate they didn’t do their job right!!!
This dentist is a scam! They have a low class blonde receptionist performing dental work when she is not capable! They charged me $600 for a crown that didn’t fit and was forced on but wasn’t secured. Not only did Fresh Dental steal my money, they caused me physical and emotional distress. Save your time and your teeth, DO NOT TO HERE
Its a great dentistry I've been going there for years and I've always been treated with respect and the service is fantastic. Ive never had a problem here.
Scheduled an 2pm appointment over 2 months ago. They called me and without notifying me before hand, changed my appointment to 12pmI know because I calendar all of my appointments. I got there 10 minutes early and was told by the front desk that I’d wait another 15 minutes. It’s 12:20pm and I am still waiting. It seems as though they over schedule on Saturday. There are 7 seats in their waiting room and I’ve seen more than that come in and have to wait outside. Some advice for Fresh Dental. If you’re going to schedule someone at a certain time, make sure you see them at the time you’ve arranged, especially if you changed the time last minute without notice. Based on the 2.9 review on Google, my experience mirrors those who’ve rated this place of business with a low review. While at the front desk, I overheard the young lady telling someone over the phone that they don’t cover broken brackets and that it’s in their contract. Other reviews noted how they try to price gauge you for everything. Also, I left before I could give this place any of my money.
Really wonderful experience. I definitely have anxiety around dental work, but the Dr. here at Fresh Dental was kind and gentle. Really nice people, especially Terra, Relaxed and clean environment. Lots of services available too, but no upselling just to sell. Very frank and honest. Definitely glad I'm a patient of theirs now. Highly Recommend...
Great experience I didn't feel any pain during my crown job. I felt scared but all the process was great
I am a patient there and this place is the worst dental office I have ever been to. I was greeted by the girls up from and when I walked to the back the manager was very rude did not make eye contact with me and had her dog in the office. A dental office should not have animals roaming around it’s completely unsanitary. Never in my life have I been to a dental office/ veterinarian. This place needs to look at the osha regulations and get there office in order. Anyone that is thinking of going here please read these reviews carefully before making a huge mistake.
I came here for a cleaning and they refused to give me the service because I refused to pay $180 for additional services that they wanted to do. When I asked for an explanation on why all these additional services were given the lady was nervous and unsure what to say. I spoke to another person named Sonia and she explained the reasons and said I would need deep cleaning but they were willing to charge me $50 only for a service in between a "polish" and "deep cleaning". They refused to give me a regular cleaning which would only cost me $25. Clearly it's about the money. Also, my insurance clearly states I only have to pay $150 for night guards and this place wanted to charge me $350! Unless you're willing to throw away money cuz you have it, stay away from this dental place!
The doctor had terrible bedside manner. Was more concerned with using my dental allowance than providing me with care. They submitted claim for work they didn't do. The office is disorganized. Never had an experience like this. Incredibly disappointed
Great staff, my dentist is very polite and professional. The manager Tera and the dentist assistant Aurora have excellent customer service skills. Always polite and they listen to theeir patients.
