Fresh Mint

I will definitely be making this a regular spot. Everything is yummy. Try the stuffed tomatoes! As a whole-food plant-based eater I appreciate very much the minimal use of oil and restraint in the use of substitute proteins. "Vegan" does not necessarily mean "healthy." Let the plants speak for themselves! Service can be a little slow at busy times but the quality does not suffer so I'm not deducting any points for that.

Love the fact that it’s vegan.. However have heard rumors not everything is completely vegan and some is vegetarian so that sketched me out a tad. Every time I go there they tell me the exact same thing when trying to order th imperial rolls “Sorry we just ran out of those about an hour ago” clearly they need to be making more of those seeing as they are a very popular item. Probably won’t ever go there when the old man owner is working because I received nothing but bad vibes from him.. the service is slow but apparently the wife is the only one cooking the food. That should probably change if they want to make their business last. She needs to teach others how to make things on thher menu. The food is amazing and that’s the only reason I continue to go. I expect all of these things but I hope these complaints improve so I and others can have a better experience in the future.

If you are a vegetarian or vegan visiting the Phoenix area, you need to try the food here. We had the Imperial rolls (4/5), sweet and sour soup (5/5), pad Thai (3/5), Mushroom Wonder (5/5) and Silk Tofu in Clay Pot (10/5, really unique and extremely well executed with insane flavor), Coconut Milk Tapioca (5/5). Service was a bit slow, but they looked understaffed the night we were there. Great family run restaurant owned by nice people that serves tasty and healthy food. #VegetarianReviews

Nice place with some great vegetarian options. Love their food. Dog-friendly friendly patio. Free Wi-Fi. Friendly staff. Couldn't ask for more.

Fabulous family owned restaurant. Almost every item is gluten-free and vegetarian. Will definitely be going back. I would give "Fresh Mint" 10 stars, if this was an option :)
