The friendly and professional staff; the loved ones in everlasting care surrounded by beauty and light; the impressive urn memorials; the inviting atmosphere of reverence and respect; the calm and serene chapel; all of these make Fresh Pond one of the most outstanding places of rest in all of New York.

We had two loved ones cremated here within the past year and we have no complaints! Very nice chapel. Just know that parking is a bit limited for medium to large groups. The funeral home we used made the process even easier.

They don't care about the families. They only care about making money. It would be best to bury loved one instead of taking them here. The lady who takes care of the funeral arrangements lacks emotions and sympathy for the families

The people who work there were very knowledgeable and friendly. The service was short but enough for us. Bought cremation necklaces and returned because photo frayed on one.. they had them repaired promptly and returned to us asap. Colombarium was very clean, immaculate and peaceful.
