Fresh Thyme Farmers Market - Greenfield

Very friendly staff, pretty good selection. My -2 stars is for the many fruit flies that entered the air each time I touched the grapes, berries, etc. This makes me feel like I’m not shopping in a clean store. Won’t be going out of my way to come here. Go to Whole Foods instead with similar selections and prices pretty much compare.

Back at end of December me and my mother was in the store shopping and my mother slide and fell in a wet spot in store no caution cones or anything around spill well when she fell the employees just looked and stood there doing absolutely nothing till I yelled hello can someone get her some help well after yelling a few time someone came over and we got her up and sat her in a chair asked employee to get a manager which after like 10 mins one shows up and asked d what can I do for you told him what happen and that we needed to file incident report to have on file if anything was wrong with my mother he seemed irritated and left to get a tablet which when he returns was deD so had to go get a paper copy filled it out finished shopping and left well still haven't heard from store to even check and see how mom's doing nothing so I emailed corporate to just see what was going on and corporate pawned it back to store level and still no contact just a sad example of how not to run a business no care for anyone that gets hurt in there store just ignore it and it didn't happen well just a sad excuse for management and corporate blindness so just a heads up if you shop there which I will not be anymore be careful cause they don't care about your saftey

Very clean, family friendly store. Obviously a big selection with great prices. Everyone is really friendly here. Everything was very clearly marked.

Great place to Shop. A large variety of healthy Food and Products.

Friday....4/23/22 Generally I'm pretty happy in my experiences with this store, however...NOT TODAY!!! Got an email first thing this morning that for "this weekend only" certain steaks were on sale...dates were for today, Friday & tomorrow....saturday. There was nothing out in the coolers so I approached an employee...tried to tell me it was roasts on sale not streaks & they were out. Approached another employee in the department. Said they were out of the steaks & besides the sale was only for the weekend & not today, which is Friday! Really??? Sale email ad clearly states today & tomorrow dates. Even the special sign they had on top of the meat counter which he so adamantly pointed out to me. When I asked if they would be getting any more in for tomorrow he said they don't get deliveries on Saturdays. How can a store have a Big Weekend Only sale & not have any of the product in at 4 hrs after opening??? Ok....I'm done venting.

Basically it is a smaller Whole Foods with the prices tripled. If you actually shop here, please give me a call. I have a lovely bridge in New York you may be interested in buying. Or perhaps some lovely 'land' in south Florida?

Love this store! It's amazing. It is so clean and organized. The staff is exceptional friendly. I must single out Isabella who helped me down load the savings app to my phone. Thank you so much!!!! I live in Bay View and I will drive to the 84th store. Easy breezy. Takes me longer to get to the other grocery stores in my area with city traffic!

Love this store! Always clean and great upbeat atmosphere. Produce is always fresh! I shopped this evening and the 2 gentlemen in the meat department were outstanding! Great employees with amazing customer service!!
