Why should kids & teens have all the fun here?! Nope. We Adults love this place too! I usually go to the the Glen Burnie 1 with a friend of mines; we always leave STUFFED! Wonderful staff! Clean restaurants! I saw a sign @ another location saying they might be bringing back breakfast limited days & times! They had an awesome bfast here esp the French Toast bacon & crispy hash browns! Gr8 burgers, shakes, entrees, appetizers, & meals! Food always comes out hot! Nice portions except for Turkey Dinner! Family-Friendly atmosphere but great for a date nite! Not too loud. Ice cream so creamy & tasty The Best! Inexpensive Fun! DO Go!

This is a review off the take-out section. Friendly staff to greet you. They have a bell to ring for service. They offer outside seating around the other side of the entrance with plenty of lighting. Good selection of flavors to choose from with variety of toppings too. Sitting outside was fine, the tables were clean and the grass was cut to an acceptable level. I would go there again. Kids enjoyed the ice cream and it was nice to be outside.

$17 honey sandwich meal was not worth the price for the quality of the food. $12 quesdailla was the size of a kids meal. Pictures are deceiving as advertised on their website. One and only time i will be visiting. Never again.

The 2 stars is only for the server because she was nice and accurate. A friend of mine did partial cash and card payment, and was charged the cash amount in person, and the full check amount on card. This landed her account in the negatives, because she only carries cash, and then they redid the entire transaction, expecting the now in the negatives card to accept the remaining amount. She then told the server she could pay for it if she wanted to, which is ridiculous. 5 dollars to a chain restaurant should have been nothing, and your employees shouldn’t have to pay for it. nor should the people you overcharged. May I also add, the manager tried to tell me at first that the amount pending would drop and they have to charge the card the full amount for cash and card transactions.

Went to the Merritt Blvd location and the food and ice cream was not good tasting like it usually is! We were their only customer and yet it seemed to take longer then it should have for our waitress to see if we needed anything .I was shocked because usually we get good service and good food at that location.

I usually get ice cream at this location every Sunday and order via the app. The ice cream is usually great but the service is so-so. I usually order 20-30min in advance and sometimes the ice cream is still not ready to pick up. This is especially frustrating when it's cold outside. It's not enough to keep me from being a customer but there is room for improvement.

One server sneezed in her hand twice and moved the dining room around before washing her hands. They were swearing at one another, and their manager has an attitude. THEN; because I paid cash they can't provide me with a receipt for the meal I just paid them for.

This place has REALLY gone downhill. I used to love this location when I was growing up. We ate there frequently as a family. It's nothing like it used to be.. First off, anyone from the area knows how Dundalk can smell in the summer. Especially in that area.. but the smell wasn't prevalent outside, only inside! The whole restaurant smells like a gas station toilet bowl! The smell was just as bad in the rest room as it was in the dining area. It was stomach turning. Maybe it's sewage leak? I'm not sure but it was overwhelming. On top of the smell, the restaurant wasn't very clean. Why didn't I leave? The person I was with really wanted to stay so it was not up to me.. I tried to eat because I was starving and didn't have to option to leave. The food was subpar for what we spent. It was ok at best. IHOP or Denny's would've definitely been a better option. I dont know what's going on there but that place needs a good deep cleaning all over and work on their sewage lines. I won't be going back to Friendly's ever again. It was that bad of an experience.

Mainly used walk up order window. Sometimes a long line, just depends on the time of day. Ice cream sundaes are excellent and a good value for the money. Kid-friendliness: Kids welcome. High chairs available. Parking: Parking lot available. Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp for wheelchair.

Service was not that great there. Food was not that great either and I will only ever get icecream to go from there moving forward as it was not clean in the restaurant.Food: 2/5
