Our office is located in upper northwest Washington DC one block from the Friendship Heights Metro station and Mazza Gallery and just two blocks from Chevy Chase, Maryland. Our Chiropractors and staff are dedicated to providing you with the highest quality of gentle Chiropractic care for over 25 years. Dr. Thomas M. Connelly, Dr. Andrew Hancock and Dr. Tricia Richart and Dr, Michael Kebede are committed to helping you achieve your wellness objectives. Our doctors provide quality customized care to eliminate your pain and allow you to return to your daily activities as quickly as possible. Whether you are a working professional, an athlete, a child or a senior, the care you receive will be tailored to you. We specialize in back pain, neck pain, headaches, TMJ pain, and extremity injuries. We have been very successful with other conditions as well, such as migraines, sciatica, sports injuries, herniated/bulging/degenerated discs, Torticollis, and reflux, among other conditions.

I’ve been a client of Friendship Heights Chiropractic since 2008. Prior to then, I was suffering from back pain that was limiting me. The staff is amazing. Always friendly and helpful. Dr.Hancock is the best! My job requires me to be on my feet all day. Scheduling regular chiropractic care allows me to do my job and enjoy life.

I started seeing Dr. Hancock after a crossfit neck injury back in 2017-2018 and I was also being treated for a minor lordosis. I have always noticed the doctor's numerous attempts to failed humor but chose to look over it until last week. I took my two siblings to the clinic and the doctor did not take xrays and decided to diagnose by physical examination. After that he started acting out exaggerated disability postures to explain "How the injury would have looked like if it was a disability." Neglecting my brother's complains about his soar rib, the doctor proceeded to crack his back only to worsen the injury. During the few years that I stopped going to the clinic I was committed to working out and exercise improved my injuries dramatically. I appreciate all the efforts through out the years, but showing respect and avoiding silly jokes about disability would be the first place to start.
I had two busted disks between vertebra. Spent years looking for pain relief to no avail. My GP sent me to Friendship Heights Chiro. Within 6 mo I was pain free and have remained so for @20 years. I keep maintenance up ad get relief & support when I overdo. Excelente practice

This is an amazing practice group. They are very attentive. Thorough, listens to your ailments and builds a plan to repair and fix. I live on the go and they always take care of me appointment wise. I was able to get in same day. Very lenient with schedule. Very hard these days to find a trust worthy chiropractor. Highly recommend.
Am a satisfied, no-pain patient for more than 10 years. My regular treatment is a constant reminder not to do stupid things.
