I was recommended this company and they did not disappoint. Long story short,I really needed a new ac asap.it was done withRay & Hanif made it happen. They are very professional and nice guys.They did have to move around thier schedules to make it happen. I'm so appreciative.I would deffently recommend This company.

We purchased our new air conditioner at a very reasonable price from Frigid Air. I can’t give them a higher recommendation. They went above and beyond, taking the time to replace the decking and rebuild the return air box to ensure everything is top notch! This work was not in their quote, and they did not charge us for what amounted to hours of additional work. Additionally, they removed all debris and left everything clean and neat! I would give them much more than 5 Stars!

*TEN STARS* These brothers know what they are doing!!! They are honest and communicate clearly what is going on. The cherry on top is they are kind, punctual & have a great sense of humor! Two years ago we purchased a York unit along with a 10 year parts & labor warranty from a different large company that is no longer a York dealer who left us without A/C for days! The mere thought of purchasing a completely new A/C system can be a big undertaking. Frigid Air, LLC currently serviced my A/C system, so when I made the decision to replace my aging A/C system, I called the office and spoke to Rachel who was extremely courteous, professional and helpful. I received an extremely reasonable installation price. No other estimate came close to Frigid Air's estimate. Ray, Hanif and Trey arrived on time for the appointment. They were all extremely friendly, knowledgeable and consummate professionals. They took their time and installed my new system flawlessly. After the installation was complete, they cleaned up the entire area. The area they worked in actually looked cleaner that it did before the installation. Before they left, they took the time to explain exactly how the new system operated. Frigid Air exceeded my expectations. If you are looking for a company to service or install your A/C system with employees that are courteous, professional, helpful and friendly, Frigid Air is the company for you.

If you are in need of a A/C company for installation, repair or maintenance, LOOK NO FURTHER. If I could give Frigid Air more than 5 stars I would. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them. The customer service is exceptional, Ray took his time to thoroughly explain the issue with my unit. I purchased a home 2 years ago and was told false information from the installing company.
