It's the only bike shop in town, but when I asked "Ram" about gas assist complete bikes so I can visit my family in Utica with Amtrak being suspended due to COVID, he had a really, really, unacceptably bad attitude.
We were on the northern tier after being in trans am and route 66 so we'd logged about 4500 miles. My wife's BB started to go and they fixed it in an hour. An hour! This is virtually unheard of in SF Bay area. Thank you for the immediate attention so that we could continue on our tour. Top notch shop!!
Outstanding bike shop! The team here really cares about their riders and are always available for guidance and top notch cycling service. They have a great selection of used and new rides and go above and beyond to meet the individual needs of every customer.
