I rode one of these buses in the winter up to a ski resort for an organized event. This was the worst overall bus experience I have ever had, I would never ever recommend this bus company for a ski trip. First off the bus was 35 minutes late to pick us up while we were waiting in 17F degree weather in the parking lot. Second, the driver didn't even know what group he was picking up. Anyone could have gotten in this bus and he wouldn't have had a clue. Third, the seat I was sitting in was so broken I couldn't lean back or else the chair would go beyond full recline into the person's lap behind me so I couldn't lean back the entire time. Fourth, the bus had the heat on full blast and yet it was so cold inside the bus everyone had their ski clothes on and was shivering in their seats. Lastly, and most important the bus was so slow! We were being passed by cars, trucks and other charter bus like we were standing still. If we had driven in a car we would have reached our destination an hour earlier. I can't emphasize enough how slow the bus was going, e.g. 20 mph up the hill, we were crawling compared to everyone else. This is supposed to be a ski bus that can go in the mountains but my experience was the exact opposite. What a horrible experience and I hope all other customers take heed!
FRSB did the transportation for our guests for our wedding. Unfortunately we never got to meet the driver personally but everyone said the bus was clean, they were very timely and prompt for all the stops and pickups, and that the driver even had a few jokes up his sleeve. Price was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend and use again.
There is no need to drive when a service as good as this exists. The staff are extremely friendly and hospitable, the ride is quick and on time, and the bus has a great atmosphere. The ski bus makes skiing and snowboarding in Colorado that much more enjoyable!
Absolutely no complaints with this service as it is my third year using them. By far the cheapest and really only available bus transport that I found going up to Copper and Loveland. What is so great about them, especially for out of towners, is that they offer discounted lift tickets for prices I havent seen any where else. snacks and drinks are provided once on the bus. Nothing beats not driving back into town after a long day of snowboarding!
My cousin and I used Front Range twice this week to ski Loveland. Prompt service, easy ride, snacks and water included. Our host, Christina, was very helpful and knowledgeable of not only Loveland mountain but other nearby ski resorts. I would recommend this to anyone.
Fantastic experience getting too and from Red Rocks for a concert. The bus was promptly on time and conveniently picks you up directly in front of Union Station. Our driver, Venus, was incredibly accommodating offered to stop for snacks/beverages if anyone needed anything. Very highly recommended for a trip to Morrison!
Been going up for a few weeks now, absolutely awesome way to get to the slopes! Great prices, great vibe on the bus, snacks and bottled water are also provided! Perfect to stick in your pocket for the slopes. Went through a nice storm the other week, chains were on in excellent time without issue. Highly recommend!
Let FRSB do the work! I have been riding Front-Range now for 2 years and recommend that you ride too. There are so many good reasons to book your seat. 1 Driving I70 can be exhausting. Many times I leave late, get stuck, arrive at Loveland to a packed lot.. my eye is twitching as I write this. 2 The folks at FRSB value communication. Everybody understands when you're running a minute behind. I have never had to worry about being left behind or missing the bus because I'm running a minute late. Why am I not worried? Because they CALL you to check in. How awesome is that? I'm not saying Front Range will nuzzle out of bed with hot coffee and pancakes, but they will give you a courtesy call if it looks like you're not mustering with your gear. 3 The Perks are plenty! When FR hears rumbling tummies.. out come the snacks. New to the mountain? Here are some righteous routes. You're going to Copper-Mountain? Skip the line and go to Rebel Sports for a FR equipment discount. REALLY? Trust me, let FR chain-up while you lay back and enjoy the ride.
I take the Front Range Ski Bus every time I go snowboarding. The employees and the people riding are always awesome and it's great to not have to worry about driving home and just nap instead after a long day on the slopes.
Where do I begin... The website says they'll never leave you. Needless to say we were left at Copper Mountain after the bus driver decided to change the set time of 330pm pickup to 3pm pickup. We were back by 315 and the bus was nowhere to be found. We called and they confirmed our pickup was in fact at 330. They called and text the bus driver and she didn't respond. They had to order an entirely different service to pick us up at 430pm and had them take us to the airport .... Which was 30 mins away from our original drop off spot. We weren't to the airport until 630 mind you, had everything gone they way they advertised it would go, we would've been at our hotel no later than 6pm these people kept saying they would be in a little red card... They were picking us up in their personal car which I thought was extremely unprofessional. We waited in this airport for 40 mins as the woman said she was "trying to find us" and that they would refund our money and get this, take us out to dinner. I personally was not interested in having dinner on a Friday night with strangers on my vacation. We spotted this red car but the man in it kept looking away every time we tried to catch his attention. Finally I blurted out to the woman on the phone that we were the only black people on the platform and there is no way she can't find us... Less than 30 seconds later she located us and exclaimed that the red car WAS right there and I told her we kept trying to grab that mans attention but he kept looking away as if he wanted nothing to do with us. She pleaded her case but by that time we weren't trying to drive 30 to 45 mins back with these people. It took her no words to him for him to speed off. He clearly didn't want us in his vehicle to begin with. They claimed they'd refund the uber we took which was $40 and never did. The whole situation was unprofessional and disappointing. And it doesn't take a rocket scientist to know why.
