Terrific craftsmanship by Crew #3 Sergio and partner. They installed Calacatta Laza quartz countertops with great precision and very diligent. I was very concerned after paying home depot for the countertops and reading the reviews online, but I guess it really comes down to the crew. This was a big project $10k+ - 140+sqft of countertops and backsplash. The overall process went very smooth. The scheduled dates and times were adhered to. We had a clear agenda for each day of install and how to prepare the kitchen for the install. Nothing was damaged as described in other reviews and we moved our appliances and covered them. Crew #3 were very polite and communicated greatly through the installation process. Today was the last day of install and we are very happy with the process.
We had a wonderful experience with Front Range Stone from start to finish. It started out when a big box store assigned Front Range to install the quartz countertop we had picked out for our kitchen remodel. I went to Front Range's website to look around and was amazed at the huge variety of countertops they offer and the great pictures they post of each pattern/design. They also list the name and manufacturer of each color, so I was able to google search for additional images. Although their website does have some quirks, I found it to be way better than that of any other fabricator I'd looked at in my area. After looking through all the pictures I, oops, found a quartz countertop I liked significantly more than the one we had picked out from the limited options available at the big box store. Additionally, we had been told that the one we'd selected would take 8-10 weeks to arrive after our designer had said it would be 2-3 weeks, so I wondered if selecting a different option might cut down on that wait time. But who am I kidding, I really, really wanted that new one, and would have waited even longer for it if I'd had to. After a few calls to Front Range and emails to our big box kitchen designer, it was determined that we would not be able to swap the countertop selection and keep our existing order. Because the big box store didn't carry the new brand we wanted, Front Range was unable to create an invoice / quote them a price. So, we ended up cancelling our countertop order and working with the direct sales folks at Front Range instead. I mainly worked with Dave, Danielle, and Hailey, with Celia covering for Dave on the rare occasion he was out of the office. They were all wonderful and very responsive; I don't think I ever waited more than a day for a response to an email I sent. I was able to visit their location and view sizeable samples of the colors I was interested in, and even take some smaller samples home. The color we decided on happened to be the same price tier as the original one we'd picked out from the big box store, so our price was the same as the original quote. I had let Dave know that I really wanted seamless countertops if possible, and he said they would do it if they could but that they'd have to measure the slab when it came in. Turns out the slab was just big enough to allow that, and Front Range made it happen. They look fantastic! My great sympathies to the installers who had to carry them in, wow did they look heavy. Turns out they were cut about 1/4"-1/8" longer than measured, which the installer said is common. Better a touch too big than a touch too small, I suppose. The installer was able to cut the drywall where the countertop met it and squish the countertop in just a bit so that everything lined up perfectly along the edges. The sink cutout was great with the 1/8" overhang we'd requested. They let us know that the position we'd picked for the soap dispenser cutout wouldn't quite work with the way the plumbing was positioned under the sink, so we picked a slightly different position and it turned out great. I have no complaints about Front Range Stone. They have a nice website and an excellent selection of products. They have responsive and knowledgeable direct sales and project coordination staff who do their jobs well and care about customer satisfaction. Our installers were competent, conscientious, and quick. Very happy with the way everything turned out and couldn't have asked for more!
We recently completed our basement renovation, including redoing the layout of our bar. To complete this masterpiece, we added a beautiful quartz 13' multi-level countertop that adds a distinct level of sophistication to the bar. While we purchased most of our other renovation material from Floor & Decor, we did get the counter material from Front Range Stone Countertops-and we couldn't be happier with our dealings with them. From the moment we were contacted by Jocelyn, to the day that Rigoberto and his assistant sorry-forgot his name installed our new bar counterpart, we can attest that each of these individuals went out of their way to make our experience unforgetable and very rewarding. They were not only professional and knowledgeable, but very patient and attentive to our needs, always going the extra mile to answer our questions and make us feel secure with our choice in material and design of the counter. We love our new bar- and are happy we went with Front Range to make it a reality. And everyone who's seen it ,loves it as well!
Apparently this is an acceptable and finished product. Not only is there crayon and marker but the shims they placed are visible, it is scratched in multiple places and there are permanent cut marks in it. Secondly, install was today. They got here and told me that they dont have half of the counter because of a defect so I'm without a sink for the next week since I ripped it out expecting installation today. No heads up that there was an issue until they got here. Please go somewhere else with your business.
Front Range Stone handled our small bathroom countertop job that we had purchased from Home Depot. Front Range exceeded our expectations for the job ... the communications, project management, detailed measurement and installation. This was our first granite countertop and could not be happier with it! Note: we were not happy at all with Home Depot as we felt they did a bait and switch to us! We were promised free installation but were later charged for it.
DO NOT BUY COUNTERTOPS FROM HERE! We placed the order online, a gentleman came out to measure, and the details of our order, which included a sink, were confirmed twice. Two months later, Front Range Stone arrives with countertops that have been improperly cut and no sink, though on the work order. The proposed solution was for the installer to use a jigsaw to cut the counters to size but they “could not guarantee it would be straight,” which is unacceptable for a multi-thousand dollar project. They then offered to cut the countertops correctly that evening and return the next day with the sink, promising to be done by 8 AM the next morning so we could have the plumber come and reinstall the sink. The installer did not show. Then, when we called, they said they would not be coming back. I have spent the morning on the phone with Front Range Stone and Lowe’s with no solutions in site. Thus, we are left with half-installed countertops and no sink. Do not make the same mistake.
We redid our kitchen about 4 years ago and used Front Range for our granite. They did a fabulous job back then so we recommended them to our daughter and son-in-law for their kitchen. Another fabulous job! We just had a small countertop fabricated for a powder room vanity. Score! Three for three! I would highly recommend Front Range Stone for all your countertop needs. Their service is impeccable. They take the time to work with you and follow up on their work! I will not go to anyone else for our future projects. They are marvelous!
Every person who I interacted with from Front Range Stone, was professional and kind. After checking around, I found the best price from FRS, without compromising quality or choice. I will add better photos once my kitchen is complete.
The installers were super polite and professional. They took their time to make sure it was perfect and consulted with me throughout the entire process. The countertops look amazing!
What an amazing job Juan and his team did installing granite in our newly remodeled kitchen. Everyone was courteous and took great care not to damage anything. What really impressed us was the effort put into cleanup. Our remodeling contractors should take a lesson from them. From start to finish, this company rocks!
