Front Row Sports

I am shocked with all of the positive comments regarding customer service for Front Row Sports. My daughter and I went in Front Row Sports looking for a pair of shorts for her. We were not greeted by the person at the front desk. I thought well, maybe she is busy. We looked around and the man working walked by us without a hello, may I help you. He did, however, tell the young lady behind the counter he was leaving and hoped she had a good day. So we knew they had voices and were able to speak, just chose not to say anything to us. At this point we decided to leave. The young lady decided not to say goodbye, thanks for coming in. As someone who has had a business, I pride myself on customer service. How my family is welcomed to an establishment is how we establish a connection to the business. Based on how we were welcomed at Front Row Sports, We will take our business elsewhere.

Great place to get sports gear and clothing. They have a great selection of KU t-shirts and the staff is always friendly! They do great t-shirt and sweatshirt printing too!
