My supplies are filled and shipped regularly. The staff has always been super supportive and nice. Very prompt service too.
Decent initial experience, no follow through on anything. Billing me randomly each month without telling me, but wont send me any supplies.
If You want to see confusing and smoke and mirrors wait until You receive your invoices for your cpap that string on forever! I pay MORE going thru my insurance getting products from them than i can pay outright for same exact brands on Amazon! So not only are they getting your insurance money they are basically charging you more than you can buy outright for! I just received a invoice from 4-22-2021 and its 5-17-22! They said insurance just paid them. funny my insurance has paid all of the invoices after that one and some before that one???! Shady dealings in my book! I would give zero stars if possible!
I have been a respiratory customer of this company for about 3 years now and they are the very best. I traveled to California 2 years ago and they set me up with the equipment I needed. Even when my doctor changed my prescription, Donny was out right away with the new equipment. Now I’ve taken a trip to Tennessee and they gave me everything I’ve asked for. Elizabeth, Donny and the rest of the team are friendly and dedicated. I would not go anywhere else.
The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. They were able to explain some very technical things about my machine and how it helps me. I went in frustrated about why the machine did what it did. Several changes later and some explanations, I'm much more confident it will work.
I've been trying to get resupplies for 7 months now. I have had to call multiple times and get reassured that "we're shipping it now" and no tracking information. Each time is a new excuse.

Worst customer service i have ever dealt with! I have been using their products for 2 years with no issues, now they demand prepay for everything and the prices are crazy high! I always was billed and i sent in a check for 2 years NEVER late! Doesn't do much good for them to have online ordering if they make you prepay first! Got all my cpap supplies from Amazon for less than they charged me and that's not including what they charge the insurance companies ! The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing!!!!!!! STAY AWAY! They have went down hill FAST!!!!! Told My Dr. about my experience and he definitely took note of it!
No help whatsoever. They have a “centralized location” that faxes go to before being distributed to their office. Nebraska Medicine faxed the info twice. Frontier claims it was never received. In a world of technology, avoid a company relying on a fax center with zero customer service.
These people simply took care of me & my request. Frontier staff, including Michelle [Mgr] & Donnie [Tech], provided an IMMEDIATE response to my need for new power chair batteries. Medical authorization & installation provided in less than 48 hrs. In addition to being timely, they were also sensitive, understanding & sympathetic to the urgent need. No extended delays, excuses or disconnect between provider & consumer. The response from Frontier Medical was outstanding. Truely exceptional service. I can rely on these people for my future mobility needs. NuMotion was a 2-week fiasco. Frontier provided what NuMotion couldn't ...thxs Frontier!!
