The people behind the counter are great and the prices are better than going to the hardware store. It's a good place to buy hard to find bulbs and a large quantity of bulbs.

Small store, but they have catalogues, I think, and the clerk was very knowledgeable

I have had both professional and personal dealings with this company. They fail to deliver as promised, send out incorrect parts, don't respond to concerns and complaints and then blame shift. Upon filing responses to claims with the Better Business Bureau, I have witnessed outright lies being portrayed as fact by this organization. It is my belief that much of the business this company receives is due to a lack of competition in the immediate area. I suggest checking with Lowes, Home Depot, Light Bulb Depot or online before even considering this organization for anything.
