We were supposed to get a triple room and we got a double so one of us had to sleep on the sofa which it wasn't even comfortable. Enough to not give more than 1 star. Not blaming the hotel, blaming this company for not planning correctly and not doing enough to make sure their guests are comfortable and all their needs are satisfied. Not happy and will never have to use this company again for sure
