The best experience when purchasing a wedding cake. The tasting with their former coordinator, Amber, was so easy and she gave us all of the information we needed to make the best decision for us and our guest. Delivery process was simple, cake looked amazing, and most importantly... the cake TASTED AMAZING. Their strawberry cake is to die for and our guests loved it. Highly recommend for all of your event or wedding needs.
Wow I bought the Memphis Cream Cake for my sons Birthday today. This cake is AMAZING... Unbelievably Moist The employees are very nice and polite. The business is spotless ! I will never buy another cake from anywhere but FROST !
My sister brought me a big flat of brownies from your shop week before last. I had never had them, in fact, had never heard of Frost we live an hour away from your area, so not familiar with much around there, but oh, my goodness, were they delicious!!! So good that I had to go back for some more the next week!! For our budget, it is a splurge, and quite a drive, but so worth it! We’ll definitely be back for more of those scrumptious brownies!!!
I called Frost to order a large amount of cupcakes for an employee event. No one answered the phone, so I was forced to leave a message. No one ever called me back so I went elsewhere. The event is over now and they lost a lot of money. Not sure how any company stays in business when they don't prioritize customer service, and Frost clearly doesn't.
Their desserts are great however if you have any allergies to nuts make sure to ask. None of their labels are marked with allergy warnings, I bought a pumpkin dessert bar and it was topped with pecans. There was nothing in the description about pecans, also who puts pecans on a pumpkin dessert?
The staff is very friendly and helpful! The desserts are amazing.
Ordered a birthday cake and just asked to put daughters name on it. She repeated the spelling of the name twice over the phone to make sure she got the spelling right. Asked if we wanted sprinkles and glitter and we said we did. Got neither. No name on cake, glitter or sprinkles.
I purchased this cake for my girlfriend for her birthday, and it was divine. The detail of the flowers was unreal. It look just like my African violet. The cake was so moist and sweet. The icing was creamy and rich with flavor. I'm very appreciative of the creative minds at frost bake shop. Casey the manager at the Collierville branch came up with the idea of the cake. This was after it was suggested the cake be African violet themed. As you can see it came out so life like it was breath taking. My service was spectacular, both associates knew everything about their desserts and we're very helpful in helping me pick something delicious today. I'm so excited for my sweets and will be back soon for my birthday. Definitely got some inspiration from all the cakes on display. The store was spacious and very well designed. So glad I didn't stop for donuts today. Thanks again!
Came here for a last minute cake, they had a good looking selection with good prices. Staff was very kind and friendly, place was clean. But I did have one huge issue, when I came here I wasn't expecting a frozen cake. The cakes are not made fresh, I'm guessing they are brought in from a factory frozen, then you have to wait 2 hours for it to get to room temperature. They give you the cake from their fridge then they open the plastic wrap in front of you. I was really disappointed to know they are not made every morning or the night before for their daily sales. Cake was okay, but you are able to taste that it has been frozen. My cake box has the date 0219, I'm guessing it was made in February. I bought it march28.
