I worked with Greg Cafiero for almost 5 months before I was offered a FTE with the client back then. Greg is a very responsive person and available to help at any time. In my opinion, Forrest Solutions is one of the best recruiting agencies that I know of. It was really nice doing business with Forrest Solutions.

was emailed for a position I applied for on Ziprecruiter and was emailed by a recruiter for an interview immediately, without asking my availability. I was under the weather and couldn't attend the zoom interview, asked to reschedule but was not notified of the time zone difference. Recruiter didn't allow me to interview and was snotty via email stating they moved on to the next candidate.

1 star is generous. For a company that spends a lot of time and money on wiping negative reviews, to priding themselves on cultural diversity lol wow the audacity all things done in the dark will come to light. I beg that anyone who sees this review, if you are of morale and believe in cultural diversity and change this isn't the stop for you. This company exploits diverse employees internal and external and sole mission isn't to help nor see you grow. What's most baffling is seeing the discomfort on the face of employees who witness the behavior. Evolving door of trauma in the workforce. If RACISM and UNFAIRNESS was a company then this is it. Protect your soul.

Nothing but bad experiences, hired employees show up late every single time. I make it a point to not make plans when I hear that I’ll be relieved from my post by an employee of Forrest solutions. They are unprofessional, and make no effort or attempted at being even half a decent employee. I highly recommend you look else where.

I don't understand why so much negative feedback when I went for my interview I think they conducted themselves very well and they gave me the job.Very nice people beautiful place I felt very comfortable and that's hard to say when you're in an interview. Thank you so much FORREST SOLUTIONS

Honestly, I’m just really disappointed and annoyed with this agency. I was stood up twice for a zoom interview by these people. So I’m expected to be professional and arrive to the interview on time, but it’s ok for them to just not show up? Speaks volumes about how they value your time. I would suggest finding employment elsewhere, don’t give these people your time and money.

I have worked with Greg at Forrest Solutions for quite some time and I am consistently impressed with his professionalism, knowledge and guidance. Greg knows his business, is quick to respond to my questions and to seek out the answers. He has kept my best interest in mind, often ahead of the business needs, which is surprising in this day and age. Forrest has gone above and beyond to be supportive and guide me in a positive direction and my experience has been nothing less than excellent, and for that I am grateful.

The bad reviews on here aren’t accurate so I wanted to leave my own. I am thankful for Forrest Solutions. They offer a helping hand to employees like myself. I’m thankful for how they have treated me and they always have my best interest in mind. I can’t be more thankful for a company like Forrest Solutions. I would highly suggest working for them. You are heard and you are taken care of.

I to believe this place is a scam. The "recruiter" Gregory informed me that my resume needed to be sent in word format so that he could remove my contact information before submitting it to the client. I've worked with temp agencies before and never had this happened. It gives me the impression that he probably wanted to use my professional experience for someone else's gain. Because 1 day after sending it over - he says the "company" didn't want to move forward with me. The quickest "no" I've ever heard. Just seems fishy and unprofessional.

I was bullied at the job for being different and discriminated against in many instances. I thought this job would bring positivity to my life during a time when it was needed and boy was I wrong.
