Our son has gone here for about five years, and he actually WANTS to go several times a week. There are adult classes at the same times as the kid classes, and right in the next room. Top notch classes, instructors, and facility. We love FTF!
Best place ever. Great staff highly-skilled staff, family-friendly, accommodates all ages and skill levels, very affordable. Would highly recommend both of their locations. The one in Charlotte and the one in Gastonia.
This place is awesome. My wife and I started earlier this year and haven't quit coming. We love it! Friendly people, great classes, good rates. A+
FTF is a GREAT place. I have two daughters that have been training here for over a year, and love it. Ryan, Amber, and all the staff are excellent in what they do. Thanks for giving my daughters the confidence, and motivation to stand up for themselves, and succeed in whatever they choose.
An amazing gym with awesome coaches that know what they're doing, care about their people, and push when you need it! Kids classes are awesome too! All 3 of my kids are in them! I'd recommend them any day!
Seriously, this place is one of my absolute favorite places in the area. It truly feels like a family. Everyone encourages one another to keep improving! I really cannot say how much I enjoy this gym!
The BJJ classes are ok but I like deadlifting there.I also take part in pride advanced.
